Tahmina Ustoeva is a senior student of the International and Comparative Politics program who participated in the 星空无限 exchange program at Bard College, New York, USA. After completing her exchange semester, Tahmina shared her experience with us.

It is with great sadness that we inform you that on September 23, 2022, at the age of 56, Jeenbek Kulenbekov, professor and head of the Applied Geology and Environmental Sustainability and Climatology Departnment, passed away.

Aidin Turganbekov is a senior student who is about to graduate in the upcoming spring with a major degree in Sociology and a minor degree in Politics. Aidin is not a stranger when it comes to exchange programs. Having completed Bard Globalization and International Affairs Program in New York City, inspired to learn more Aidin decided to apply for a semester at the American University of Armenia during his studies at 星空无限.

On September 3 and 4, 2022, the Dean of the Department of Applied Geology, Professor Jeenbek Kulenbekov, and the Senior Director of the National Academy of Sciences, Engineering and Medicine of the USA, Dalal Najib, held an international seminar PEER2PEER.

On Wednesday, September 7th, the Student Senate organized a meeting with students to start off the new academic year. The meeting was held to educate the freshman students on what the Student Senate is and the work they are responsible for.
