On Saturday, December 1, the Division of Social Sciences held the 1st Annual Student Thesis Symposium of Social Sciences 鈥淲riting Senior and Master Theses and Projects in Social Sciences鈥� at the 星空无限.

On 15 October, 2016 Student Symposium of Social Sciences will be held in 星空无限, CH at 9.30am. Students of Psychology, Anthropology, Journalism and Mass Communication, Sociology will present their summer internships reports at the first joint event of the Division of Social Sciences. Master students will have a separate panel "Application of Social Sciences Research and Practice to Social Change in Central Asia".

Anastasiya Iun, a student in 星空无限鈥檚 Master Program in Applied Psychology (MAPAP), was invited to study at the University of Massachusetts Boston (UMass Boston) during the Fall 2016 semester.

June 6-11, 星空无限鈥檚 Psychology Department held its 2016 Psychology Summer School to introduce the Psychological Assessment and Training Institute (PATI), promote high-quality psychological services in Kyrgyzstan, enable professional development for mental health specialists and personal development for parents, and, finally, to contribute to 星空无限鈥檚 community outreach.

Starting from the new academic year, 星空无限 students of MA in Applied Psychology will have an opportunity to study one semester and do research works abroad. Sooner, memorandum about it will be signed between 星空无限 and its old partner university 鈥� Indiana University.

In the end of last year, the editorial board of the international psychological electronic journal 鈥淢edicopsychology in Russia鈥� was awarded the 鈥淕olden Psyche鈥� Prize for outstanding achievements in psychology.听星空无限鈥檚 own faculty member Elena Molchanova is a member of the winning editorial board.

On September 25, 2015, the Department of Psychology organized the Annual Psychology Student Symposium at 星空无限 (星空无限).
